Hunterland is a custom built eight stall farm but with a European influence. The barn is situated on ten grassy acres 15 minutes from WEF.  It also has two additional buildings, one is a apartment for the manager and the second is the future home of BUXTON Equine Insurance and also has a grooms quarters.

Some of Hunterlands amenities:
Stalls here at Hunterland are spacious ranging from the smallest at 12’x16’ to 13’x18’.  The fronts are custom made from Classic Equine with veneered yellow pine, individual feed doors, and individual manual waters. The flooring of the stalls are made by Soft Stall which is similar to the horses having mattress.
Paddocks encompass the remaining property providing each horse with their own large individual paddock.  Fencing is constructed from Electo Braid which allows the horses some safe interaction and the feeling of large space and they are all fully irrigated.
The arena is also completely irrigated.  It is consructed out of a solid base of sludge topped with three inches of concrete screenings mixed with an inch of sand.
